| North Central Arkansas Home Builders Association is a non-profit trade-based group, part of a federation of more than 800 state and local associations throughout the United States. Typically about one third of members are home builders and/or remodelers and the remaining two thirds are associates working in closely-related fields within the housing industry. The state organization is the Arkansas Home Builders Association (AHBA); the national organization is the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). NAHB builder members construct about 80% of new homes built each year in this country. |

Membership
Joining the local North Central Arkansas Home Builders Association includes membership in your state
(AHBA) and national (NAHB) organizations. Our designated service area includes Boone, Newton and Searcy
counties in North Central Arkansas. We welcome all applicants, whether they live and work in this area or do
business elsewhere in the United States. Monthly meetings are held throughout the year except June, July
and August. Meeting notices and special events are updated on the home page of this web site.

Annual Builder membership dues are $250; annual Associate membership dues are $300.
